Brandon Point

R550, Ballydavid North, Murirrigane, County Kerry, Ireland view map

Brandon Point (Irish: Srón Bhroin) is a spectacular lookout point on the west coast of County Kerry, on the northern part of the Dingle Peninsula. It lies at the foot of Mount Brandon and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.

Brandon Point is a prime location for bird and marine life:
* Known for migratory birds in the autumn (such as skuas and shearwaters)
* Chance to spot whales and dolphins from the coast
* Strong Atlantic winds make it one of the best places for seawatching
