Just a small section of one of the most awesome sunsets I've ever seen. Photos simply can't convey
what it was like to witness. The entire sky was on fire and the conditions that produce such an
event are rare and we were especially fortunate that it took place in such scenic surroundings.
This is the sunset my wife and I still compare others to and they've all fallen short in comparison.
It was also one of the longest, lasting 15 minutes from first glow of color until I got tired of
taking photos of it 50 shots later.
Photographed in Joshua Tree National Park, California USA.
