ISO 3200 on the FZ50 by shooting under-exposed by 4 stops at ISO 200 in RAW mode. Hand converted step by step by myself in IRIS from intermediate DNG. This is a 100% crop, and the only NR is hot pixel rejection (affecting perhaps 20 pixels in the image), and chromatic noise reduction.
