Message from Caroline Lambert
The primary purpose of these galleries is to keep a record of all the bird species I have photographed. Since in some cases I may have only one photo of a bird; it may not be a very good photo. Where I have multiple images of a particular species, I have selected the better ones, and ones that might be useful for ID purposes.
My interest in bird photography started in 2009, when I spent a lot of time in Palo Alto Baylands photographing American White Pelicans. Wanting to learn more about the pelicans, I started birding classes in 2010, and so found a new passion in combining photography with birding.
I've also been adding landscapes, flora, and fauna, but the primary focus is birds.
